Tae Kwon Do
Taekwondo has evolved into a Martial Art which combines techniques used for self-defense, sport, exercise, meditation and philosophy. Taekwondo develops physical strength, endurance, self control as well as a strong sense of self discipline, self esteem and responsibility. At Sweat, we teach “traditional taekwondo” in a non-traditional environment. We are an independent, non-competitive school. Every student, child and adult will succeed and progress on an individual basis.
Sweat Beast is a boot camp style class based on the fitness principle IMPACT (Intense Mixed Performance Accelerated Cross Training). Workouts are designed to target all major and minor muscle groups and focuses on increasing muscular strength and endurance.
Sweat Boxing is a fun and unique boxing workout using authentic martial arts and boxing techniques designed to shred your body.
Gloves are required for this.

TRX Suspension Training involves working in a suspended position against gravity with body weight as resistance. The body is forced to work in ways that may be invigorating and shocking, leaving TRX users gasping with a breathless “WOW”. Muscles that may have lain dormant during non-functional training workouts will suddenly be recruited to do some work. This system presents a new element of challenge.
