Pittsford Tae Kwon Do

Taekwondo has evolved into a Martial Art which combines techniques used for self defense, sport, exercise, meditation and philosophy. Takewondo develops physical strength, endurance, self control as well as a strong sense of self discipline, self esteem and responsibility.

At Sweat, we teach "traditional Taekwondo" in a non-traditional environment. We are an independent, non-competitive school. Every student, child and adult, will succeed and progress on an individual basis.
