TRX Suspension Training involves working in a suspended position against gravity with body weight as resistance. The body is forced to work in ways that may be invigoratingly shocking, leaving TRX users gasping a breathless “WOW”. Muscles that may have lain dormant during non-functional training workouts will suddenly be recruited to do some work. This system presents a new element of challenge. Sweat Body is a boot camp style class based on the fitness principle IMPACT (Intense Mixed Performance Accelerated Cross Training). Workouts are designed to target all major and minor muscle groups and focuses on increasing muscular strength and endurance.
